A federal high court in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to approve and upload the modified logo of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) on its official website.
Joyce Abdulmalik, the presiding judge, gave the order in a judgement delivered on Tuesday, September 8, in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1814/2026 and filed by the NDC against INEC.
