Philip Agbese, deputy spokesman of the house of representatives, has faulted criticism of Nyesom Wike, minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), over the recent flooding in Abuja.
Agbese, a Labour Party (LP) lawmaker, said residents also have a responsibility to prevent activities that worsen flooding in the nation’s capital.
