Buba Marwa, chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has called for stronger collaboration with civil society organisations and the media, saying enforcement alone cannot end drug trafficking and substance abuse in Nigeria.
Marwa spoke on Thursday at the 12th chairman/chief executive officer’s commendations and awards ceremony at the agency’s national headquarters in Abuja.
