Ayodele Olawande, minister of youth development, has urged Nigerian youths to acquire relevant skills and see themselves as partners in national development rather than beneficiaries of government programmes.
Speaking on Monday in Abuja at the opening of the 2026 Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA), organised by Rotary International District 9127, Olawande said the government is creating opportunities through training, empowerment and digital platforms, urging youths to take advantage of them.
