Borno state government has officially handed over the newly constructed Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Northeast Zonal Office in Maiduguri to the board’s outgoing registrar and chief executive, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, alongside the incoming registrar, Professor Segun Aina.
Governor Babagana Umara Zulum presented the facility during a ceremony attended by senior officials of the Borno state government and the JAMB headquarters.
The ultra-modern office complex was completed in just four months and it is expected to enhance JAMB’s operations in the region, improve service delivery for candidates and institutions, and further support the development of Nigeria’s education sector.
