The ECOWAS Court has launched its go-live Electronic Case Management System to accelerate the dispensation of justice across West Africa.
The multilingual digital platform is designed to eliminate barriers that have hitherto hindered access to justice within the region.
It will also simplify case filing and management, improve efficiency, and reduce the cost of prosecution for litigants and member states.
