In a statement, Investigations reveal the footage was manipulated from online sources to spread fear and undermine public confidence.
Police have arrested one Pam Joseph, linked to the creation and circulation of the video, following intelligence and digital forensic tracking.
The Force warns that spreading false information threatens public safety and urges citizens to verify content before sharing.
The suspect remains in custody and will be charged to court.
